    Every pair ships with a shoehorn. Try your shoes on a clean, soft floor, use the horn, and keep them crease-free until you're sure they'll stay that way. Creased pairs can't be resold, so they may not qualify for a return. It's simply how shoe people try shoes.

Why HolloShoe Exists: Good shoes used to mean two choices: pay designer money, or settle. I built HolloShoe to end that trade-off: hand-finished footwear, honest widths, and shoes made from scratch when off-the-shelf just won't do. A real person confirms every order, and if something isn't right, message us and we'll fix it. That's not a policy. That's how I run this.
